Well, I have an okay from everyone so far to do our session on the 31st of this month. Everyone still has to review the script, practice their lines, etc, etc, but we have a date set in stone.

Now, what does that mean we need to do for the next month? Right now, everyone needs to review their storyboards within the context of the storyboard animatic and confirm they are in the right order and (roughly) correct timing.

If we manage to get through all of that, we can start with some very early setup for the 3D animatic. I'd rather we hold off for at least a week or two before we start that, and certainly nothing should be done that involves timing. If you just feel the itch to get things going, you can start work on assets for your scenes in animatic form. This just means basic shapes and colors, don't be too concerned with any major details or uploading and submitting anything yet.

Okay, well...good news is we had a great trial run! Bad news is one issue after another with the wiring in our building have conspired to cause us to bump this session back a week or two while we try to work out a buzz that has come into the audio lines

Still....the good news is we got a chance to practice and refine things. The new date is tentatively set for two weeks from now, unless we can get in sooner. I'll keep everyone informed.
